We offer a 6-month lift to provide an experienced Integrator for a short-term with the objective of handing off the role to an internal promote-from-within employee.

What is an Implementer vs an Integrator?
An Implementer helps you go from not running on EOS© to Running on EOS©. They are external coaches and teachers. They take you through a proven process to enable your team to know how to run the right way, for the best results.
An Integrator is a Visionary Leaders right hand. They are “In” the business. They take the tools the Implementer teaches and puts them to use within your organization. They make sure the plan that was laid out is executed on. They bring Teamwork, Clarity & Accountability to ensure the structure is not just talked about but is reality.
The Process
- Meet: Discuss goals, mutual fit & if promote-from-within or hiring is a better option for your company’s needs.
- Game Plan with you & your Implementer: Figure out when timing and the roll-out or status of the five foundational tools.
- Pre-Launch: One-to-one discussions with the whole team & understand the current meeting structure & sit in as a listener on meetings.
- Launch: Day-1 with an experienced integrator.
- Hand Off: Once the company both needs and has found a full-time integrator, we work together to ensure a smooth transition of the role.
Fast time to impact
Foundationally, you are either promoting-from-within or hiring-externally. Both are great options, but both take time.
Promoting-from-within usually means putting someone in the Integrator role for the first time. A Humble, Hungry and Smart leader, that has the full confidence of the team can do this. In practice, it is often difficult for a team to both accept a new leader that was ‘one of the team’, while also learning new systems and processes. It’s also common to have an Integrator who is not fully comfortable challenging the Visionary. These dynamics can easily lead to slow downs in your business’ journey.
Hiring externally is a great option. However, as any Visionary that has done this will tell you, it takes more time than you want. Professional recruiters can help, but it still can take quarters. Slowing down your progress when you need to go fast.
A Peer not an Employee
The rocket fuel of the V/I relationship is held by the power of both. While far from impossible, it is a hard dynamic to maintain the push-pull you need with your Integrator when they are an employee.

It’s because, less than 5% of Visionaries have the skillsets to sit in both the Visionary and Integrator seat. When you try to do both, most visionaries are frustrated and lack the results they could be getting.

Sometimes it’s because your internal employee isn’t quite ready. Sometimes it’s because recruitment can take a long time.
